Declaration on the obligation to provide information (data protection declaration)

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Personal data is all information that is used to identify your person and which can be traced back to you - for example your name, email address and telephone number.

contact with us

If you contact us via the contact form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be saved together with the time and the IP address for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We use this personal data only for communication with those visitors who expressly request contact and for the processing of the services offered on this website.

We do not pass on your personal data without your consent, but we cannot rule out that this data will be viewed in the event of illegal behavior.

cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm.
We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Web Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are saved.
We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider.
Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised by deleting the last 8 bits. As a result, only a rough localization is possible.
The relationship with the web analysis provider is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission in accordance with Article 45 GDPR.
Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised.
The user data is kept for a period of 26 months. [this must be clarified with the web analysis service].

Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps to display map information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data about the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the website. For more information about data processing by Google, see Google's privacy policy at  https://www.google.at/intl/de/policies/privacy/   ; remove. There you can also change your settings in the data protection center so that you can manage and protect your data.

Use of web fonts

External fonts, Google Fonts, are used on this website. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). These web fonts are integrated by calling a server, usually a Google server in the USA. This transmits to the server which of our Internet pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the end device of the visitor to this website is also stored by Google. For more information, see Google's privacy policy, which you can access here:

Your rights

We use the https transmission protocol to transmit data (according to the state of the art) through the use of TLS (Transport Layer Security), an encryption protocol for secure data transmission on the Internet, in a tap-proof manner on the Internet and thus to ensure the protection of confidential data. The use of this encrypted data transmission is usually recognizable by a small lock symbol in the address bar of the browser and by the use of the https scheme as part of the URL.

Keep in mind that data transmission on the Internet can always be subject to security gaps. Full protection against access by third parties is not feasible.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority ( https://www.dsb.gv.at/).
